How do I verify my payment?
Step 1
Direct bank-in or Cheques (ATM, online transfer, manual transfer, etc).
Step 2
Transaction slip, write your Member Username on the slip or Online Transaction, you can printscreen your transaction status result email to sales@print-whiz.com.my or the slip back to us for account purpose.
** We will activate your membership or top-up your credits as soon as your payment has been verified.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Yes, refund is available upon account withdrawal. Refer to our Account FAQ for more details.
